O well.
K so for a project for school I hade to make a skeletal structure and planar skin... which is a plane, a house, a car, a human body -anything with a supporting structure and a 'skin' on it.
So i pulled about 40 long pieces, and joined them into rings of varying sizes. Then I proceeded to attach them in an abstract formation that eventually made itself into a ball. I then advanced to dip tissue paper in slip, and drape the pieces over the structure as the skin. Only, the slip pieces got too heavy and the whole thing collapsed in on itself.
FUCK. Like 6 hours of tedious construction, only to fall decadently to the ground.
It was supposed to be a lamp, I was going to string a bulb through the top, and hang it from the ceiling.
Why does this always happen to me?

A world without art? That is impossible.

Last night I lay in bed looking up at the stars in the sky and I thought to myself, Where the heck is the ceiling?"
